The Law of Mind Action is a lot like a chainsaw. In skilled hands, it’s a powerful tool—artists even carve intricate sculptures with one. But used at the wrong time, or without care, it kicks back and causes real harm.

So it is with this spiritual practice. At its best, the Law of Mind Action helps us shape lives aligned with the greater good. It reminds us that the thoughts we hold are formative, profoundly influencing all that we experience.

But in dark or difficult times, the tool can turn against us. Instead of opening new ways of seeing, it fuels self-judgment—quick to assign fault, blame, inadequacy, or unworthiness.

That’s the universe insisting that we put the tool down. Not forever—just long enough to heal the hurt. Without denying the difficulty, we meet the experience with honesty and care. Sometimes it begins with a simple acknowledgment: This is hard.

That recognition creates space. The body softens. The mind settles. A clearer awareness can arise.

From there, with greater clarity and a more grounded presence, we can pick the tool up again and use it wisely—shaping what is ours to shape, and trusting the rest to unfold in divine order.
