We are inviting you to join us Monday, January 19th as we highlight the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and spotlight our faith communities that host our Overnight Shelter! This is a family friendly event (though we ask that you please do not bring any dogs). We will have a short program at 11 AM at First United Methodist Church of Evanston prior to the walk. Walkers have the choice of a 2 mile walk past our faith communities that host the Overnight Shelter or a shorter walk around the block of FUMC.
Can't be there on the day? "Walk in Spirit" by donating on our Walk for Warmth page. Donations go to Overnight Shelter operation costs. Register or donate today and join us in raising awareness of homelessness in our community on January 19th!
