You are the Light

Each of us is created to shine light into the world—not because we’ve earned it, and not because we’ve figured everything out, but simply because of who we are. The light of Presence burns within us always. It is our true essence—eternal, unwavering.

Think of it like this:
Your divinity is a candle, already lit from within by the spark of Spirit.
Your inner life—your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs—is the wax that shapes the flame.
And your attention is the wick, drawing the energy of your being into expression.

When your attention is scattered, the flame may flicker. When your inner life is weighed down by fear or resentment, the flame may seem small or smoky. But the light itself never goes out. As you tend to yourself with love, forgiveness, and truth, the flame steadies and shines more brightly—casting light not only within but all around you.
