Join Rev. Kurt for a transformative 7-week journey into The Language of the Heart, inspired by Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication (NVC). This powerful technology is grounded in the simple yet profound premise that when we communicate with clarity and compassion—naming feelings and honoring needs—we can create connections where everyone’s needs are valued and met.
NVC invites us to live from the truth of an abundant universe, where life continually provides what we need to thrive, love, and express ourselves fully and freely. Through study, practice, and heart-centered exercises, we will explore how to listen more deeply, speak more authentically, and relate in ways that nurture trust and mutual understanding.
As with all SpiritGroups, our time together will include a shared social activity to deepen community and connection. For our group, this will take place during our second session on October 28, when we’ll join others from Unity on the North Shore for a lively evening of bingo at Double Clutch Brewery at 6:30pm.

About SpiritGroups: SpiritGroups are free, multi-week small groups. Each session builds on the last, so participants are encouraged to commit to attending every week.
