Engaging, relevant and fun spiritual education for Unitots (Infant-Preschool), Unikids (Grades K-2), Unitweens (Grades 3-5), Uniteens (Grades 6-8), and Y.O.U. (Grades 9-12).
Youth Sundays - monthly September-June:
The second Sunday of each month our students and congregation share a special brief lesson at the top of the Sunday service presented by Rev. Kurt,Youth Ministry Director Kate Jordan, or our YOUers.
Kids Holiday Fun Night - Friday, December 8, 2017, 6:30-9:30 pm:
Our K-12 grade students enjoy a yummy pizza dinner, decorate Christmas cookies, play holiday games, and watch holiday videos -- and their parents get a night out for shopping or a date night! A great way for our kids to get in the spirit of the season and for parents to get in some "me time". (Uniteens and YOUers can earn service hours by helping to run the event.) Admission: $5.00 per person.
Christmas Performance - Sunday, December 17, 2017:
Our Soul School students and teachers perform a special Christmas offering. Rehearsals are after Soul School the two Sundays before, and before church on performance day.
Youth Ministry Sleepover / Wear Our Jammies to Church Day - Sat.-Sun., February 10-11, 2018:
Our K-12 grade students are invited for a sleepover in the Garden Room. They'll enjoy a pasta dinner, games and a movie (with popcorn!). We have a hot breakfast the next morning and wear our jammies to church for our Youth Sunday lesson. Parents of younger children are welcome (and encouraged!) to accompany their children for this fun, overnight event. Admission: $10.00 to cover meals.
Breakfast with the Uniteens Fundraiser - Sunday, March 18, 2018:
Uniteens and their Sponsors work together to create a delicious breakfast to raise funds for the Spring Unitreat.
Easter Egg Hunt - after church on Sunday, April 1, 2018:
Join us for this fun annual tradition as Soul School students hunt for colorful eggs filled with candy and other treats! Rain, snow or shine, we'll have a great time celebrating the sweet side of the season! The hunt will take place after Soul School and children are welcome to bring their own baskets to collect their eggs.
Youth-Led Service - Sunday, April 8, 2018:
Our young people take the platform to present an original Sunday service they have created themselves based on a theme devised by our Y.O.U.: "Accepting What Is." Young and old alike will love this service that is filled with music, learning, energy, and a perspective of Spirit that will open hearts and minds. Students use a little class time each week from January - April to plan and rehearse their class presentations.
Uniteen Spring Unitreat - Friday-Sunday, TBA, 2018:
Uniteens from all over the Great Lakes Region gather to enjoy fun, fellowship, and spiritual connection at beautiful Camp Lutherdale in Elkhorn, WI. Uniteens experience interactive and engaging lessons in their Spirit Groups, large group activities in Funshops, free time, a group dance and party on Saturday night, and a beautiful graduation ceremony for 8th graders on Sunday morning. Pre-Registration required.

Our Youth Sunday is devoted to appreciating our Soul School Teachers and celebrating our pre-school, 2nd, 5th, 8th, and 12th grade graduates.
Y.O.U. June Rally 2017 - Wednesday-Sunday, June 20-24, 2018:
High School Unity students from all over the Great Lakes Region gather for a weekend of engaging workshops, singing, meditation, Sufi Dancing, and prayer under an umbrella of fun and fellowship. Hosted by the Great Lakes Regional Y.O.U. Team, Regional Teen Consultant and Adult Staff, this event is a chance for YOUers and Sponsors to go deeper within our chapter and to get to know other chapters. Pre-Registration required.
Summer Cool Program - Sundays, July-August:
Summer Cool offers our youth a different and cool activity each week. Will it be art, music, dance, yoga, cooking, drama, gardening, puppetry, improv, videography, or another cool topic? It all depends on our Summer Cool Specialists!
Annual Potluck Picnic - Sunday, August 26, 2018:
Join your Unity family after church for an afternoon of fun, food and fellowship as we come together for our annual Potluck Picnic! We provide the hamburgers, veggie burgers and hotdogs. You sign up in the Atrium to bring buns, salads, desserts, sides, or beverages. We'll have games and prizes for young and old alike, so bring your appetite and get ready to party! Join us for a special service to culminate Unity's 2018 World Day of Prayer.
Uniteen PastaPalooza - Sunday, September 23, 2018:
Our Uniteens and their Sponsors serve up a variety of pastas and sauces, garlic bread, salad, dessert and a beverage for a minimum love offering of $10.00 to raise funds for their Fall Unitreat.

Uniteens from all over the Great Lakes Region gather to enjoy fun, fellowship, and spiritual connection at Camp Lutherdale in Elkhorn, WI. Howl-O-Ween! Party - Friday, October 26, 2018, 6:30 - 9 pm:
Our Garden Room is transformed into a haunt of holiday fun with terrifying treats, spooky stories, creepy crafts, grisly games, and petrifying prizes. We'll have mini-pumpkin decorating, a costume parade, and indoor trick-or-treating. Invite friends and family. Sign-up required. Admission: $5.00 plus a donation of non-perishable food for the Hillside Pantry.
