Sherri's Fall Harvest Gluten Free Slaw Salad

Serves 8 to 10

Ingredients

1 small head each, red cabbage and white cabbage, shredded

1/2 cup whole salted almonds with skins

1 capsicum red pepper, diced

1/2 cup currents or raisins

1 jalapeno peppers, deveined and diced

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, sliced finely

1/4 cup lime juice 

3 T extra virgin olive oil

1 T honey

salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions
Place all in order of ingredients into large bowl and mix together with slotted spoon until all ingredients are coated. Refrigerate and serve cold.
