Rhythm of Being

By Rev. Kurt Condra
One of the many blessing of living in the Midwest -- or anywhere the change of seasons is pronounced -- is the glorious splendor of fall. Day by day the lush greens of summer transmute to vibrant yellows, golds and reds. Pay close attention and shifting light-scapes reveal infinite shades and hues changing moment by moment.
There is a distinct rhythm to all life and if we take time to feel it, we align with it. Sometimes, I forget I am One with the divine rhythm reflected in the seasons. Nature’s ceaseless evolutionary march has the power to lead us home to ourselves. As you experience these first fall days, I encourage you to cultivate a willingness to listen, feel the beat of spirit moving through all things, and become One with the one rhythm that beats for us all.
