Online Class:  Jesus Teachings'
Tuesdays in March, 7 - 9 pm on Zoom - Facilitator: Rev. Christina Garza
Fee: $25/class or $100 for 5-class series
Gospel teachings usually portray Jesus as the "great exception" to being human.  But by focusing on his sayings, we can see Jesus as the "great example" for spiritual awakening, empowerment, and transformation.  Studens will develop a deeper and more practical understanding of Jesus as Master Teacher and Wayshower through reflection on his words and methods.  SEE Credit available.
Access link will be provided upon online registration -- click Jesus to register.

Sunday, March 22 from Noon - 2 pm
Facilitators:  Kim-Char Meredith and Chelley Siebert
Workshop Fee:  $20
There are times when our bodies are facing fight-flight-freeze responses to stressful situations.  It's in those moments that we fall back into our reflexive reactions that may not necessarily be helpful or healthy.  We are more likely to fall victim to our emotions, or to act from a place of fear or anger.  Tactical Spirituality trains you for such situations, so your mind and body more naturally respond in positive, proactive ways.  The S.W.A.T. Method incorporates proven tactics used by law enforcement personnel in conflict situations and self-hypnosis training to modify thought (and reactions) at the level of the subconscious.  Click SWAT to register.
